About

Five interviews became one.
That's the whole idea.

Most engineering interviews don't measure engineering. We're trying to fix that · by replacing puzzle-solving with realistic scenarios, scored honestly with cited evidence.

Why we exist

We've all sat through interviews where the questions had nothing to do with the work. Companies use leetcode and take-homes because they're easy to administer · not because they're good signal. Engineers waste weekends on assignments that disappear. We wanted to build something that respects both sides of the table.

What we believe

The strongest signal of an engineer comes from how they make decisions in real engineering work · not from how fast they can recall an algorithm. Trade-offs, scope cuts, debugging methodology, and the quality of "I don't know" all matter more than speed.

Honest scoring beats inflated scoring. We say what we measured and what we didn't. Companies that want a complete picture of an engineer should treat UniView as one input among several · never the deciding factor.

Who we are

A small team of engineers and product designers who got tired of the same broken hiring loop. We've built and used internal assessment systems at growth-stage companies before. This is the version we wished existed.
