The shape of the deal.

UniView serves two sides: engineers who take assessments and hiring teams who unlock the resulting profiles. Both sides are bound by these terms; specific obligations differ and are called out per section.

By creating an account or completing an assessment you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Free forever. We will never charge engineers for taking, retaking, or sharing assessments. Profile distribution is opt-in: companies see your report only when you share the link.

You retain ownership of the work you produce in the assessment. We retain a license to display, score, and cite that work to the hiring teams you choose to share with.

Companies buy credits in advance and spend them per profile unlock or per JD-match run. Credits never expire and are non-refundable except where required by law (or where the platform fails to deliver the unlock).

Re-opening an unlocked profile within 90 days does not consume an additional credit. JD-match results are free-to-recall for 30 days under the same match_id.

UniView uses large language models (currently Claude on AWS Bedrock) to generate scenarios, score submissions, and emit confidence + level-relation signals. These outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed correct.

Companies must treat UniView as one input among several. Engineers may dispute any score and request human review via help@uniview.dev.

Don't share assessment scenarios outside the platform. Don't use a third party to take an assessment on your behalf. Don't scrape candidate profiles. Don't attempt to extract or manipulate the scoring prompts.

Violations result in account suspension; we reserve the right to invalidate any assessment we believe was conducted in bad faith.

You can close your account at any time from Settings · Account. We may suspend accounts for unpaid invoices, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms — with notice, except where the breach requires an immediate response.

UniView is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, or USD 100 if no fees were paid. Lawyer-cleared text will replace this paragraph.

We'll publish material changes here at least 30 days before they take effect, and email account holders. The Last updated date at the top of this page tells you when the binding version was last changed.
